  • A Highest Bidder Sale is the fastest and easiest way to sell a house.

    After you get a below market option on a property, you do 6-7 days of aggressive marketing about a 2 day open house. The objective is to get as many people to the property during the 2 day open house which is usually only 3 hours each day.

    When the bidders arrive, make sure you get their name, phone number and email so you can notify them about future Highest Bidder Sales.

    If someone is interested in the property, they submit a bid. You usually have 25 bidders for each property. After the open house, you call each bidder to tell them what the current high bid is then ask if they want to increase their bid. You keep calling everyone to tell them what the highest bid is and ask if they want to increase their bid. Finally, you have a highest bidder, but you also have several back up buyers.
