    Are we talking about negotiating short sales with banks? If so, what should go into a short sale package which will show the bank why their best option is to sell to me (at a huge discount).

    Is this going to be a seminar in Tampa?

    What would you like to know most about buying foreclosure properties?

    Oooo Dallas! You know what they say at Railhead BBQ in Fort Worth right? Life’s too short to live in Dallas. :)

    I guess my biggest question is how to deal with all those sellers that call me that have no equity but have a big fat 2nd that would make for a great deal if it didn’t exist. If it’s with the same bank I think I am out of luck, but if it is a 2nd bank, I believe there is a way to make them drop their mortgage to a few thousand no matter what the face value is.
