Hi everyone, my name is Mia and I’m new to this great site!

Just listened to the recording of last weeks teleseminar and I was pretty excited about the real education (not smoke and mirrors) in the call and specifically interested in learning more about buying the note from the lender and loved Jack’s method explained in getting to the decision maker in the lending company.

Jackie/Aaron/Jack – can there be a teleseminar specifically about buying the note as I agree with what was said on the call, buying the note is a much better strategy than a short sale!

Or is there a webinar or ebook that covers Jacks’ strategies on this topic in more detail?

During that call, Jack mentioned that he sends the lender a letter/pkg with reasons why they should sell the note vs wait for short sale/foreclosure…and that such is usually successful. I searched but do not see anything like this online here.

We don’t have every thing that Jack talks about up on the site…. yet.

I will see what I can find that he has written on the subject and get it up after I get back from the cruise.
