    Hi all,

    What are some of you using to do your comparables when you don’t have access to the MLS?

    I have been using the property appraisal web sites, zillow.com, cyberhomes.com but I know that we can’t really rely on these sites 100%.

    I am wondering if someone has any other methods.

    First American real Estate Solutions http://www.firstamres.com has a product named RealQuest that is excellant for getting comps.

    I think Jackie has a deal with them for CREW members??

    Yes, our local investors group used to had a deal with RealQuest. I used it a lot but somehow they did not renew the deal a couple of years ago. I used to like it a lot and you were also able to create mailing lists based on specific searches (ie. absentee owners, zip codes, etc) for free. I have not heard anything about it being available for CREW members.
