    I started calling in 10 minutes before the call and the lines are PACKED.
    I just get a busy signal

    I can’t get in.

    If I can’t get in, we can’t have a call.

    I’ll keep trying

    nope – I have a dedicated line – it’s because so many people got ont he call 10 – 15 minutes early

    I still cannot get in

    I’ll reschedule for next week

    I was about 30 mins late and wanted to join in – ditto -lines were jammed.
