    Thanks for sharing your time and expertise!
    Since you are in Virginia I was wondering if you(or anyone else on the board) had any title company recommendations in Northern Virginia?

    Specifically, I’m looking for expertise in handling “subject to” transactions.

    I’m a buy and hold investor with dry powder targeting Vienna/Oakton/Fairfax (22180, 22181, 22182, 22130) in case you find something in this area that you want to wholesale.
