Early in 2009, we’ll have the first CREWealth Convention.

This will be an opportunity for all CREW Members to meet each other PLUS the chance to learn how to make more money and build more wealth – faster – with real estate.

We want to make sure the event has everyting YOU want and need.

So, I’m looking for ideas for topics and speakers.

This will be the best real estate educational event of the year!

Send your ideas to me at [email protected]

    Hi Jackie,

    My dream team :-)

    Speakers:

    Jack Miller
    Pete Fortunato
    Jackie Lange
    David Tilney
    Mike Cantu
    More and more :-)

    Topics:

-Buying using seller financing when the house is free and clear
-Same as above but when there is a mortgage(s) in place
    -Subject to deals
-Case studies on how to talk and negotiate with these sellers
-How to target, propose and negotiate sandwich leases

And whatever else these speakers think is important in this market.

    My 2 cents..

    Thx/Rafael

I always like to hear Dyches and Jeff Smith.

I agree, Dyches would also be great.

Proper documentation. I am always a little nervious when I file a form or fill one out that I know could require defense later on. I go back to Jack’s Documenting Your Deals booklet, but would like to see an update. I know this is difficult with 50 states, but some documents require little change from state to state.

What’s the most important thing you need to learn NOW?

Creative or alternative methods to SELL a property other than full CASH OUT financing. Everyone thinks about creative buying, however now is a time for newbies like me to learn creative selling. There has to be much more than the super suggestion you gave me on last weeks Thurs night call.

Keep the ideas coming — we will build the convention around what you want and need the most!

(and yes Hank, there are plenty of creative ways to sell that don’t require a cash out – or a ful cash out)

John Groom and Mark Warda would be great additions.

I think the best overall theme would be applying the current market to Jack’s “Distress Market Strategies”.
