Developiong Leased Ground

    We have the potential to long term lease (50 yrs) ground from a utility. We are thinking about developing a flex space type building for office/warehouse space. Is there a way to “sell” or “condo” individual units even though the ground is just leased and their unit is part of a larger single building? Also, can “buyers” get financing for this situation?
