In his Options Class I attended a few years ago; Jack mentioned a man, Chuck Considine, of San Diego, who had accumulated real estate in a 98% family-owned REIT…..that generated, if I remember correctly, per Jack, an enormous amount of rental income per year.
Does anyone know what biz plan Mr. Considine had followed; etc?
Or, is there any other info regarding this person; ie does he also teach investment techniques?Donna
