Earnest Money Deposit Question

    Hi,

    I was reading in the “Profits on Steroids” manual on could pay $5.00 for the EMD on the agreement. Most of the sellers want $2,500 or $3,500 non-refundable EMD before they will sign an agreement for the purchase of a wholesale deal. Since I don’t have that kind of money is there a way to get around this problem? Thanks.

    sounds like you are working with a real estate agent on MLS listings if they want that kind of money
    big mistake
    You should ONLY work directly with a motivated seller. Nothing on MLS. and no real estate agent involved
