David agreed to do a Master leasing/property management seminar in the spring because YOU NEED this seminar ASAP. I’ll have the exact dates soon.
Looks like the Master Lease/Property Management seminar will be mid May in the Dallas Texas area.
We picked Dallas because it is about a 2 hour non-stop flight for everyone.I’ll have the exact dates and location this week I hope.
I’m going to make sure my kids are at this event.

around May 18-20 or May 19-21 — I will have exact dates soon.I’m not sure if Six Flags will be open when we do the Master Lease seminar but I can get 1/2 price passes for that too.
One time when we did an event in Texas, we rented buses and took everyone to the biggest honkey tonk in the USA – some even got to do some bull riding ( mechanical bull) and danced to live music. It was fun but I think networking with everyone would be more fun.
