  • I’ve been using the Texas Real Estate Commission
forms but they can’t be filled in on the computer.

    What are you using?

I’ve looked at US Legal but have never used their product.Feedback on them?

I do want something that is recognized as a business product.

    Thanks to all,
    Dee-Texas

Dee, it is much better to use a custom contract for your deals instead of a fill in the blank form.

I do use the TREC contract occassionally but I completely change the terms and conditions of it when I attach an addendum that has all the MEAT that I need in the deal.

Do you have any of those contracts for sale here?

A packet of all the best forms for Texas? Buy, Sell, Lease, Sub.2, etc….the whole enchilada?

I use the TREC site for my contracts now. I thought you might have the addendums and contracts here at the depot to protect the investor.

Dee all the Texas contracts and forms for buying, selling, leases, options are FREE at

    http://www.trec.state.tx.us/formslawscontracts/default.asp

If you do a lot of rentals you should become a member of the Texas apartment Association, they have the VERY best rental contracts. But there are also lease contracts at TREC.

You do need to customize them with an addendum!!!!!!!!!

The laws are so different from state to state that it is impossible to have a ‘one size fits all’ form/contract.
