look for an estate planning attorney.
They should be in the same state because laws are different in each state.
i need help finding a trust attorney for my mother in law. she she sold a house and has 170k check in her purse. she and her kids have agreed to form a trust to shelter the money and invest for growth,( real estate ). how do you find a trust attorney that is comfortable with real estate? do they have to be in the same state? any crewealth members that have people they trust? or is a local attorney o.k., and no special skills for investing in real estate required (doubtfull).
any thoughts and advise greatly appriciated.
