  • My good friend Gary A Scott has been buying, rehabbing then flipping houses for 50+ years. He keeps some as rentals too.

Here’s a great article about how to find the right neighborhoods

I know Bill Cook only wants homes that are not far from a Walmart.

Do you have a strategy? What is your plan for finding the right neighborhood?

    Gary’s report looks interesting too!

Now more than ever it is important to have houses near sources of stable income, like government/military personnel.

Even though this idea of living anywhere is a growing concept, odds are it won’t be too long before employers want employees in their offices again.

And with weakening enforcement of contracts like leases, it’s important to have lots of qualified tenants to choose from.

Interesting. I’ve read that some employers want to go to strictly work from home. They can eliminate office rent and utility costs. They want to eliminate as much overhead as possible.

Of course, some jobs can’t be done from home.

It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I’m glad to be watching from Panama!
