The lot is 5,250 sq.ft located in a residential section between two homes at 3621 webster st, fort wayne, in 46807. Would you run the HBS the same way as we run it for the sale of a home? I am working with a young man in the area whom is learning the HBS concept in order to help us sell it down the road. How would you open house it for the two days? Just open it for viewing the two days and have bids taken physically while you are there? Please respond

Have you talked to the neighbors on each side? They would be great candidates to sell to. Three questions, is there a great demand there for build-able
lots, what is the fair market value, and what is the seller willing to take all cash? Have you thought of a term deal on the property? Have you thought of using an option? I guess the number one question is what is the motivation of the seller?In answer to your question on the HBS it can be done just like a house. It would be any easy one, plaster the property with signs.
