  • Hi Jackie: Have a vacant lot in Indiana would like to increase marketing for sale. You recommended using fiverr. Any specific category should we search? Would like to market on national and international area.

    Unless it is a really large lot, there will not be an international market for it.

    AT Fiverr, you can hire someone to write press release for you and get them distributed to any country or internationally.
    Press releases are a great way to add SEO features to your website too. Press releases are like a 3rd party endorsement.
    Keep in mind that your press release cannot be a sales pitch.

    You can also hire people on fiverr to do SEO and PPC for you. Make sure they have a lot of positive reviews.

    Other ways you can reach an international market are advertising ( for free) on http://www.mondinion.com/

    Could you describe the lot a little. How about size, zoning and where in Indiana?

    The lot is 5,250 sq.ft located in a residential section between two homes at 3621 webster st, fort wayne, in 46807. Would you run the HBS the same way as we run it for the sale of a home? I am working with a young man in the area whom is learning the HBS concept in order to help us sell it down the road. How would you open house it for the two days? Just open it for viewing the two days and have bids taken physically while you are there? Please respond

    Have you talked to the neighbors on each side? They would be great candidates to sell to. Three questions, is there a great demand there for build-able
    lots, what is the fair market value, and what is the seller willing to take all cash? Have you thought of a term deal on the property? Have you thought of using an option? I guess the number one question is what is the motivation of the seller?

    In answer to your question on the HBS it can be done just like a house. It would be any easy one, plaster the property with signs.
