Thank you very much for adding the forms that we can use as guidelines when asking the seller to wrap the underlying mortgage instead of us assuming the mortgage “subject to”.That is really a big help for all of us at CashFlowDepot.
You always try to help us and I certainly appreciate all that you do to help us.
