giving up some depriciation

  • any merits to this idea?
    i’m in a position at the moment that i don’t need the depriciation on a house i’m considering. the private money lender could use the depriciation to offset the intrest income. could the investor own the house, with my lease option payment equal to a reduced rate since the owner has the benifit of the dep. it’s a 30 year loan due in 10. the downside ? for the time being’ i think i would rather have more cash flow, than the write off later.
