HBS for land and/or mobile homes

    Jackie, have you ever used the HBS for vacant land and/or mobile homes?

    Yes, for mobile homes.

    No for vacant land.

    Ok, I would assume that since land is sold via auction, that it is possible to do the same with HBS or some auction like modification.

    when you did the HBS on mobile homes any thing you added or deleted from detached SF homes?

    if the mobile is in a park, the buyer has to be approved by the park.

    If the mobile is on land, no difference.
