    I just became a member on Fri Dec 18th and today Dec 20th a lady would like to sell her property FSBO. What are my next steps?

    HI Danny

    Look in the FILE VAULT. There is a seller questionnaire. Get all the answers to those questions. Then post the details here (not the address). Once we know more info about the property, we can give you several ways you can proceed.

    Just because someone is selling their house FSBO does not mean they are motivated or there is a deal. But ask the questions, then we can help you with several “offers” to hopefully get this one.

    Hi Jackie,
    , I looked in the File Vault and did not see the questionnaire, I also looked in the EGS Manual and could not find it. Would it be in another location?
