    While Amazon buys a startup manufactured-home builder to sell its (house)wares and PRIME subscription, etc.

    Interesting play — wonder if/how this will effect the manufactured-housing market?
    Amazon is the 800-pound gorilla in most of the markets it enters.

    In the most recent housing meltdown, how long did it take prices to fall far enough before people started to channel their dry powder into action?

    Whenever I’ve read or listened to some of Jack’s material on here, I’ve always had to take into consideration what appeared to be the market conditions of the time. It seems like it’s possible we may be moving into territory that more closely aligns with a lot of that. Does that seem right? I find myself wondering what would Jack do…or definitely not do.
