Jackie has just advised me to make sure to ‘JUST GET OUT THERE AND GET THAT FIRST DEAL UNDER YOUR BELT’ (ie before worrying about incorporating as first step)….and had said I could ‘put plenty of cya clauses in the paperwork’…..
Does anyone have any suggestions for CYA clauses for the lease/sublease? (am in calif; am licensed agent; doing this on my own investment acct).

If you go to the learning center a select the Foundations of Wealth seminar, there’s a course outline which is a .pdf file. In that file, on page 27, there’s one of Jack’s short master leases. It is very simple and cover pretty much everything. There’s probably another one on the outline but I can’t remember.
