    i tried to ask you this question during the 06/29/10 but for some reason the *5 button was not working.

    anyway, if your marketing budget is limited, what specific marketing can we do to generate a lot prospective buyers for a highest bidder sale?

    contact sellers on fsbo web sites click on the CLICK HERE to contact the seller.
    this is free marketing

    ahhh for buyers you use signs, craigslist, backpage, kijiji, press releases and fliers and a web site presence is ideal with lots of pictures and the terms and conditions.

    The low low starting bid price is what will get a LOT of buyers to the house, the competition will bid the price up.
