Did you see my article about using videos to market your properties?
A video is a great way to get potential buyers interested in your highest bidder sale too.
They work for sellers too.
And, something that I did not include in the article is that 75% of sellers are more likely to say yes to a listing agent who says they will create a video of their property. So that means 75% of seller are more likely to say YES to your Option/Highest Bidder Sale offer if you tell then that you will be creating a video of their house. (and actually do it of course)
The video could be a compliation of photos or an actual short video of a walk through of the property and the surrounding area.
