    Hello All,

    My name is Victoria, wanted to introduce myself to the group. I live in NY right on the Hudson. I am so excited to start this journey. I am a single parent and have searched for a way to become financial independent without sacrificing my time to corporate America. Homes have always been a love of mine and I hope to rehab many in the future.
    I am off to my first auction tomorrow, per Jackies instructions in her Real Estate on Steriods ebook to scope out how it works and hopefully add to my buyers list.
    If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please share. I have lots to learn :)

    Welcome to the group.

    Remember do not talk to the bidders at the auction during the auction. After the auction is much better..
