    Can anyone recommend a course that I could take to learn about Probate (so that I can explore acquiring ppty that way, possibly, etc)….?

    Donna,

    You do not need a class on probate!

    Many estates do not go through probate – so if you just go after that, you would miss a LOT of great deals.

    Even with probate deals, you either buy for cash cheap so you can wholesale or rehab or you buy with seller financing or you master lease — so you already have all the tools, techniques and info you need to get busy doing deals.

    You do not need another course.
