About 3 years ago I was doing a lot of wholesaling. Then I stopped so I could build up my rental portfolio. I really don’t want to acquire any more rental properies right now. I don’t want to do rehabs. So, I think the best thing for me to do is get back in to wholesaling.
Is anyone else doing this now?
Has the change in the market made it harder to wholesale properties?
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

HI Betinna,
It is still very easy to find wholesale deals. But the buyers have changed. There are fewer rehabbers buying because they have a harder time selling. But long term hold investors ( landlords) are buying as much as they can get their hands on.
