I just got back from Vegas for the Take That Job and Shove It seminar … then colorado where I was all week
WHEW — it’s good to be home.
I’ll start catching up with posts on the forum in the morning. I can’t wait to get a good night’s sleep in my own bed.
While I was in colorado I got a lease option on one house with a $50k equity and options on 5 more that I will be doing a Highest Bidder Sale with an estimated profit of $250k
I just got the loan verification back on the lease option. The owner owes $20,000 more than he is selling the house for.
He says he will pay the $20,000 in cash when the option is exercised. (yea right)
I don’t like this plan at all… The only way I would proceed is if he put the $20k in escrow.
See why it’s good to trust but verify everything before you jump in to a deal.
