The “Death of Real Estate Investing: scare tactics got to some people so I had to set everyone straight with my RANT today.
I was actually invited to be part of their “group” for a small entry fee of $15,000. It’s a bunch of guys who have not bought a house in 3-4 years and are trying to figure out how to make a living on the internet because they don’t know how to deal with wall street competition. Everyone of them is BROKE and scared to death.
I said no thanks, I’ll enjoy my life in Paradise living off my cash flow real estate that I bought straight from the owner with seller financing.
