Is anyone familiar with Ken Wade & his green/red light, buy/sell system he sells for $2,500 plus annual renewal?

I listened to his 2 1/2 hour webinar, but declined to give him money.

Not sure how I got on his list.

He is very convincing salesman, of course.

I would not spend that much money to listen or hear a system. There are many so called RE gurus out there that don’t do anything other than offer “education”. You sign up and become a member and pay monthly fees. That’s how they make their money and become rich. At least with Jackie’s group..I can say it’s a bargain for $197 a year and it’s up front and honest. Not only that, Jackie and her team actually do deals themselves! A couple of hundred bucks here and there is a good investment to learn but stay away from high priced programs and salesy RE gurus.

RUN RUN RUN in the other direction. I have heard many NOT GOOD things about this – including lousy customer service.

As Jack Miller always said, if people have to charge those kind of prices for their “secrets” they must not be making any money with real estate.
