At Jack Miller?s Memorial service on Friday night, many stories were told about how cheap
Jack Miller was. It?s true, that Jack was not a trend setter with his clothes, cars, or the hotels he stayed at.

But I would not say that Jack was cheap ? he was FRUGAL.

There?s a valuable lessons to be learned by following Jack?s lifestyle choices.

The fact that he was frugal in his lifestyle made cash available to travel the world anytime he wanted including several cruises each year.

The money Jack saved by not buying brand new cars and designer suits made it possible for Jack to have excess cash to invest in real estate. The real estate produced more cash and cash flow.

Jack was never concerned with ?keeping up with the Jones?? Jack could have afforded to live in the nicest, biggest multi-million dollar mansion but he didn?t. The money he saved made even more money available for investing.

If a total stranger saw Jack walking down the street, they would never know in a million years that Jack was a very successful entrepreneur. Remember what Jack always taught us about keeping a low profile.

It didn?t stop there! Because Jack didn?t blowing his money on lifestyle, it made it possible for him to put up the money for many other people to buy real estate. Jack got a 50% commission on each of those deals.

Because Jack was frugal, there was always money readily available and his money grew by leaps and bounds with each new investments.

Jack was never stressed about making payments on doo-dads which were purchased with credit cards or institutional financing.

You see, it?s all about choices.

Life is not about the big house or the fancy clothes. Jack made the right choices to create a lifestyle that gave him the freedom to do what he wanted, when he wanted, and where he wanted.

    What about you?

When you have decisions to make about your lifestyle, how you spend your money, and your investments?.. ask yourself,

    ?What would Jack do??

With the uncertainty in the economy, it’s more important than every to live a frugal lifestyle. Follow Jack’s lead.

    To Your Extreme Success,

    Jackie Lange
