What kinda of paperwork would I need to do a master lease with an option for seller finance. Is there anywhere I can get some examples of this contracts?
It makes much more sense to go straight to seller financing or subject to if the seller will agree to that up front. Get it while you can.
If you buy with seller financing, you can then:
1. rent out the house
2. sell with a seller finance that wraps your financing
3 move in
Or, you could get an option to buy with seller financing then, instead of taking title,
do a highest bidder sale to sell to the person with the most down payment.
Your exit strategy will be determined by your cash and/or cash flow needs and long term objectives.
