Community, I have a question I have a opportunity to do a master lease deal. But I’m having a hard time getting a contract in place for this deal. Any suggestions or sample contacts you guys could run by me. Also is there any training on how to present a master lease to current homeowners who are working with property management companies.

In case it’s not obvious how to run a search on this website, look for the little black square box with three horizontal white lines in the upper right corner. That box is often called the “Hamburger Menu”, “Hamburger Button”, or “Hamburger Box,” probably because the three lines resemble the usual layers in a hamburger.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamburger_button
(On lots of websites, the colors may vary, but the function remains mostly the same.) When you click on it, a panel to the right will open up and you’ll find a search box at the very top. Just enter your search phrase of choice, and hit “Enter”.
