Master Leasing

    I’m talking to an individual who wants to sell but isn’t having any luck. It is listed with a realtor but he is interested in master leasing. Has anyone got a master lease (3 year min. term) on a house listed with a realtor? Or should i just disregard it for now?

    If he wants to master lease I would have him talk to the listing agent and see if he can terminate his listing agreement. If they will not terminate the agreement see if it addresses renting.
