I submitted 3 offers to the guy who inherited 2 houses and 2 waterfront lots.
He called today to say he would take Option #1 – which was the highest price and the lowest down payment and lowest monthly payments with 100% going to principal – with a payoff in 2 years
We close next week – a few days after I close on my waterfront house in East Texas
Looks like I’m starting my little empire in East Texas already
