OK, that’s a grim takeoff from the classic expression about “music to soothe the savage beast,” but it does lead in nicely to what some realtors are doing to enhance potential buyers’ open house experiences:http://realtormag.realtor.org/sales-and-marketing/feature/article/2015/06/let-music-play
Since open house events are part of the CFD Highest Bidder Sale process, mentioning the experience with appropriate music for some open houses seems relevant here. My own experience with music from several different decades suggests that some people have the background, experience and knowledge base to select background music that could enhance the open house atmosphere, and some people do not. Not a problem. If you’re in the “not” category, get some useful advice for your specific HBS project open house and the audience you are catering to.
