    I am getting ready to start marketing and am looking for some marketing ideas. I would like to start obtaining homes with owner financing including my primary residence. Any suggestions?

    The most motivated sellers own a vacant house!

    Perhaps they moved away because of a job. Perhaps they made the mistake of buying another house before they sold their old house. The might be a tired landlord, They could have inherited a house.

    What other vacant house scenarios can you think of?
