I’m trying to draw up a rent-to-own contract for selling/leasing mobile homes in my park. The owner financing I’ve been doing hasn’t been going well lately so I’m going to try a new approach but have never done this before. These are inexpensive “Lonnie deals”, but I’m not sure how to draw up the contract regarding down payment, option amount and terms, etc. This is new territory for me. Help, anyone? Are there any contracts already on line somewhere that I can use as a “cheat sheet” to go by? Thanks!
