    Hi,

    I am a real estate investor around Minneapolis. I have 7 rental properties (about to buy an 8th) and have flipped 4 houses. Most of my properties are duplexes or triplexes but I also own 2 SFH.

    I want to get into wholesaling to:

    a. Find more deals I can flip or rent out and
    b. Make some cash to help pay down my rental properties and increase the cash flow.

    I look forward to working with all of you. This seems like a great forum.
