How many ways could you use this news? Could you
1. Find small investor-wannabees in New York or San Francisco (or similar areas) to add to your HBS bidder’s list (with virtual [long distance] disclosure of all relevant house details).
2. Find potential master leasing property owners PRIOR to their property acquisition for properties you would like to manage.
3. Any other ways to use that article?
