    Merry Christmas CFD community I have a question this evening regarding owner and seller financing l.
    How would one go about locating these occupants?

    I think that Alverties is asking one of two possible questions.

    1. How do I find house deals that have seller financing potential where the owner is the occupant?

    or

    2. How do I find the owner (of such a house) who lives elsewhere?

    We need to know which question is really being asked before we can address the relevant solution.
