And the good thing is that he’s been at this long enough that he can tell when the freight train (inflation) is heading right at you and knows what to do to avoid a crash.
I hope everyone takes his advice to learn as much as you can about buying and selling with CREATIVE terms vs. using cash. It is the only way you’ll survive what’s coming.
Get rid of any properties which are highly leveraged or you’ll run the risk of losing them next year.
