I know for best results I would need to get an attorney’s advice, but curious what you all think.
I have a fixer that I lend to out of on IRA-owned LLC.
I have a property that I bought out of a second IRA-owned LLC. I’ve never loaned to the Fixer out of this LLC.
Can I have the Fixer fix and invoice that LLC for any repairs? I’m asking because it would be convenient, but I’m not sure if previously lending to that Fixer establishes a relationship which means that I should not deal with them in any other capacity other than lending.
It’s easy enough to get another contractor involved, but wanted to see what this group thinks. If there is a web resource which explains this, would be happy to get that link.
