Proposed HUD Regulations for Landlords

  • just because YOU own the rental property, it does not sound like YOU will be able to decide who lives in it much longer

    That’s nothing but a Federal government way to confuse you with lots of bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo to tell us – “you will be forced to accept Section 8 vouchers”.

    I started getting nausea after reading about 3 pages of the link. How can someone in government believe these proposals are good for anyone involved?

    I almost took a section 8 tenant one time. An elderly lady. But HUD requires that you use THEIR rental contracts. AFter seeing the clause that HUD agents can come in to your office any time take what is in your file cabinet and take your computer, I said NO THANKS.
