I want to try going door to door as Jack recommends (kind of scary!), but I’m not sure what form to use to tie down the deal if I find something. The standard 12 page Realtor association form seems very intimidating and complicated. Is there a simpler form that I can use to tie up a property? I’ll want to do either purchase contract (with some type of seller financing) or lease/options.
