  • Wondering which is the better Peter Fortunato Semimar to attend in the next few months for a fairly new investor.
His Paper Course in Tampa this upcoming weekend. ( I can drive there)
Or his Creative Options Course in March in Costa Mesa.
I would love to attend both, but I might have to limit it to one.
What would all of you recommend?
    Thanks!
    Carrie

Options have always been the most profitable strategy for both Jack Miller and me. There are so many different uses.

Honestly I think it would be the best seminar for a newbie and an investor with experience

the Papercourse may be too advanced

So sweet of you to answer Jackie. I know you’ve had a rough day. I appreciate the response.

rough day will be tomorrow… wednesday.

today I flew to panama city. had to take a lot of drugs and eye drops to get ready for surgery tomorrow

    I’m really dreading it

but will be glad when it is over

Oh I bet you are. We are praying for a very speedy recovery!

Carrie, I concur with Jackie about the info best suited
for new players in the real estate business.
The Paper Course can get very convoluted for the
beginner and with the Dodd-Frank legislation
starting next month, creating, buying and selling notes
and mortgages can be fraught with snares for the unwary.
Enjoy the California Winter, we’ll expect a full report
    on your activities. LOL

Thanks! I’m grateful I’m not experiencing the winter storms. Had a beautiful Friday on Pensacola Beach :)
