Quick question. I am a regular member of the cash flow depot website and wanted to know how do I go about seeing the leads that you get from time to time? Do I need to sign up for a premium member? Just want to make sure I’m signed up correctly !

I have temporarily expended the leads distribution but I’m working on a new plan to only distribute the motivated seller leads to premium members. I will let everyone know when this is open.

We had some amazing leads but ran in to some problems When some people said they wanted the lead, they did not even call so the sellers were calling us over and over again. And when some people wanted to renegotiate after the deal closed. Negotiating is good but, not for a $2,000 referral fee on a deal that you made $20,000 on.

In the future, we will have a contract on every property before we publish the lead. We will assign the contract for a small fee.
