hey jackie,
I read an article that bill bronchik wrote about renting your house with an option rather than using a bank and financing it. He also says something about living in your home rent free? I am sure you know what he is talking about since you attended his course, i saw your picture! What exactly are the benefits of doing this? how does it work? rent free? i am a little confused? I understand that you lease option from a motivated seller, but can you explain the details? thanks
