I received an email that included the following statement: “A federal court in Texas has just ruled that refusing to rent to illegal immigrants is discrimination.” Does anyone know any more about this??

Some cities have made it illegal to refuse to rent to illegals. Other cities in Texas make it a felony if you do rent to illegals.

So… it depends.

I assure you that all illegals have an fake driver’s license and social security card that they can buy for about $100 — so how are we REALLY supposed to know who is legal and who is not?

In Texas, many of the illegals had moved back to Mexico when work in the housing industry dried up. But now that crime is so bad in Mexico they are coming back in bus loads.
