    Five years ago I sold a house to a young couple with seller financing.
    They have made their payments on time like clockwork. Cash flow was great and no liability for me as the lender.

    They called a few weeks ago asking if they could give the house back. They’ve been trying to sell it for 6 months with no luck and want to move before school starts.

    Within the last year they replaced the roof and the HVAC system including the compressor.

    I bought this house with seller financing and sold it with a wrap.

    That’s the plan for the 2nd time around too.

    I like recycle houses.

    Are you saying they are basically willing to drop off the keys to you on the way out of town? And you aren’t paying anything to them? If so, NICE!

    Well, they were supposed to leave the key under the mat for me to pick up yesterday.

    But I went there to get the key and it was not there.

    I called and she said I didn’t have time to sweep the floors and clean the bathroom after we moved out on Sunday so I didn’t want to leave the key yet.

    I get the key today.

    yep – NICE!
