    Hello!

    I am new to this site and investing. I recently purchased a home in East St. Louis Illinois that I hope to rehab. Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone had recommendations on a contractor that does work in that area.

    I would also hope to structure the deal where the contractor is compensated after the remodel AND after the property is sold…I know that’s asking a lot! Any ideas, insights etc are most welcome.
